I clean the outside of houses — driveways, patios, gutters, render and walls — across Rhos-on-Sea, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and the rest of the Conwy coast. When you ring the number on this site, I'm the one who answers, and I'm the one who turns up. There's no call centre, no franchise, and nobody subcontracted in.
How I ended up doing this
I spent twelve years running a business with my wife before this one. When we both decided it was time for something new, I started a small gardening round here in Rhos-on-Sea. What I kept noticing was that people didn't really want the lawn cut. They wanted the drive to stop being green, the patio to look like it did when it was laid, and the gutters to stop overflowing every time it rained. So I bought the kit to do those things properly, and that became the business.
I love working outdoors and I'd be no good sat still. There's also something satisfying about a job you can see the result of at the end of the day — half a drive cleaned and half not is the best photograph in this trade.
How I work
I'd rather look at a job than guess at it, so quotes are free and I'll come out. Whatever figure I give you is the figure — it doesn't move on the day, and there's no VAT on top. My gutter prices are published on this site, which nobody else round here does. I'd rather you knew roughly what you were in for before you picked up the phone. And if a job doesn't need doing, I'll tell you. I don't do gutter repairs or replacements, and I'd rather say so than charge you to clean something that's about to come off the wall.
Where I work
I'm based in Rhos-on-Sea and most of my work is within about twenty minutes' drive — Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Deganwy, Conwy, Penrhyn Bay, Old Colwyn, Abergele, Llandudno Junction and Bangor. Close enough that I can come and look at a job before I quote, and come back if the weather turns.
For bigger jobs — a full driveway, a commercial frontage, a whole house soft washed — I'll travel further across Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd and Anglesey. WhatsApp me a photo and I'll tell you straight whether it's worth the trip.

I've been doing this full-time since 2025. Before that I spent twelve years running my own business — so while the cleaning is the newer part, turning up when I said I would isn't.
I work from the ground wherever I can. Gutters are cleared with a vacuum system rather than a ladder against your wall, and I tidy up before I leave.
