What areas do you cover?
Our external cleaning services are available across North Wales and Chester, including Conwy, Gwynedd, Anglesey, Denbighshire Flintshire, Wrexham and the Llŷn Peninsula.
Are you fully insured?
Bond Exterior Cleaning is fully insured for external cleaning work to give you complete peace of mind.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes, all quotes are completely free with no obligation to proceed. For pressure washing and other exterior cleaning jobs, I prefer to visit the property so I can assess the work properly and provide an accurate quote. For gutter cleaning, a visit usually isn’t necessary.

What is soft washing?
Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method that uses specialist cleaning solutions to safely remove algae, moss, lichen and organic staining from exterior surfaces.

How is soft washing different from pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to remove dirt and grime and is best for hard surfaces like patios and driveways.
Soft washing uses low pressure and treatment-based cleaning, making it safer for more delicate surfaces.
Will soft washing damage my property?
No. Soft washing is designed to be gentle and avoids the risks associated with high-pressure cleaning, such as surface damage or water ingress.
How long do the results last?
Because soft washing kills organic growth at its source, results typically last much longer than pressure washing alone. Many surfaces stay cleaner for months or even years, depending on conditions.
Are the cleaning products safe?
Yes. Professional-grade products are used and applied correctly to ensure they are safe for your property, pets and surrounding plants. Precautions can be taken to protect nearby vegetation if required.
Do you work at height?
At present, all pressure washing and soft washing work is carried out at ground level only, allowing work to be completed safely and efficiently.

How do I book a quote or job?
You can get in touch via the website contact form, phone or email. I’ll be happy to discuss your needs and provide a quote.
Do I need to be at home during the work?
Not always. As long as access is available and details are agreed in advance, work can often be carried out while you’re away.
How do I pay?
Payment is due upon completion of the work. Bank details will be provided once the job is finished.
